The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a prime area and close to many attractions. The interior design of the lobby is amazing, with a stylish and modern atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.
Aspects: The rooms were quite small and lacked certain amenities, such as tea or coffee facilities, which are common in most 4-star hotels. The room temperature could not be regulated individually and required a request to the reception.

Located in a prime area, easy to move around the city and close to all the tourist attractions, including the famous Lafayette department store. This hotel is in the city center with stunning decor. The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable. Great vegetarian breakfast options and a variety of seating areas, both inside and outside, are available for guests.
The bar service could be improved, with earlier closing times making it difficult for guests to enjoy a nightcap.

As longer term business travelers, we absolutely loved the convenience and efficiency at Citizenm. The rooms were clean and had a tablet for easy control of everything. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The location was perfect, and there were special ironing areas on each floor. Additionally, there was a terrace for smoking, which was a nice touch. we were impressed by the amenities and facilities provided.
We felt immediately at home during our stay at Citizenm. The staff were always accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The staff were very nice, always willing to assist and very kind. The hotel was super clean, with modern facilities such as iPads that controlled everything in the room. The location was perfect, close to everything and just opposite a department store.

We had an amazing stay here! This place is situated in a magnificent location, close to everything, right opposite a big department store. The metro is nearby making it very convenient to move around here. The rooms are soundproofed which made it very quiet at night, and had great amenities like heating and air conditioning, ipad, and free toiletries. The staff was so friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Would recommend this venue to anyone.

We loved the rooftop bar with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coeur. The iPad control system in the room was convenient and innovative. The room may be small, but it was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Overall we highly recommend CitizenM for its great location and amenities.

Excellent location near metro, renovated building with stylish design and cozy terraces providing a stunning view. Small, yet smartly designed and well-equipped rooms offer full control over the amenities using an iPad, including a smart TV. Kind and helpful staff at your service, with free water at the bar. Considerately priced and comfortable for a short stay in the city of lights.
